Let me start by saying we think our customers are incredible!
We love that Phocas is the trusty everyday business intelligence tool that they crack open for clarity on their customers’ buying behavior and their operations. And that they rely on Phocas to identify, and measure what’s most important to them, and to make much sharper decisions that make them happier across the board. But this week we’re also full of adoration for our customers because they even take time out to tell their peers, and the world through G2 Crowd, and other software review forums, what they rate about Phocas.
Thanks to our customers we’ve made G2 Crowd’s top 25 mid-market software products list along with other much-loved software offerings like Prezi, Slack and Canva.
According to G2, “the Top 25 Mid-Market Software Products list showcases the software that mid-market users have rated highly, based on customer satisfaction score. These scores are determined based on reviewers’ likeliness to recommend the product to a friend or colleague. The mid-market segment is defined as users at companies with 51 to 1,000 employees. The list is based on reviews from August 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016. To be included in the list, the product must have received 20 or more reviews from mid-market users in this time period. Products are ranked in order of highest satisfaction score, with the top 25 products showcased in the list.”
The user experience these top ranking software companies elicit embodies things like: improving customer service, saving time and energy, easy implementation, providing peace of mind, requiring minimum training, being intuitive, offering smart features, speed and responsiveness, being powerful and insightful, facilitating learning and knowledge and not requiring advanced training. That’s not too much to ask for. We’re striving to keep it here at Phocas and thank everyone for their support.
This recognition is in addition to Phocas earning leader status and receiving the highest overall satisfaction rating for business intelligence software in the 2015 G2 Crowd report.
