Your online product demonstration will run for 30-60 minutes. The session will be customized to address the pain points or use cases you have told us about to date. A Phocas technical consultant takes your team through one product or the entire FP&A and BI platform depending on your needs. You can make ad hoc requests and ask questions throughout the interactive demo meeting.

Phocas has a subscription-based fee model. Your annual subscription is calculated by how many named users want access to Phocas products. All users can be given access into all products eg. Financial Statements, Budgets & Forecasts, Rebates and Analytics.

The investment also includes a one-off implementation fee and an annual platform fee covering ongoing data automations from your ERP, data access, data security, fast loads times and queries, unlimited reports and dashboards, customer support, training and new product updates like AI.

The timeframe can depend on factors such as your ERP, number of data sources you want to include, and the cleanliness and business rules associated with your data. Implementation is usually completed within 6 weeks of the first kick-off meeting, and you’ll be advised of how long it will take once your data environment has been assessed by our local implementation team.
