This session is designed to give you an understanding of the future developments and upcoming features in the EDA Suite of Products - Epicor Data Analytics (EDA, EDA Financial Statements, EDA Budget and Forecasting, and EDA Rebates). You will learn about the company's vision and strategy for the software, as well as gain insight into the new features and improvements planned for upcoming releases. You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback in open discussions with Phocas experts and other users.

This lab will focus on EDA Financials, where you can learn more about EDA Financial statements. During this hands-on Lab, you’ll learn how to create financial statements with quick and easy analytic functionality. Learn how to:

• Create customized financial statements that become the common standard across your business
• Compare performance to plan, over time and against different dimensions such as branches, territories, reps etc. Easily spot and solve problems while slicing and dicing your data
• Integrate financial and non-financial data for extended analytics that allows a deeper understanding of business performance. Make finance easy to present, consume and understand across your business.

During this session, you'll learn how the EDA Suite can help you:

• Identify, visualize and track trends impacting stock levels and projected stock levels – historic purchasing and sales figures, cyclical, seasonal.
• Quickly and easily forecast your inventory
• Integrate sales budgets and forecasts with purchasing planning to easily identify potential inventory red flags get a more accurate view of true margin and profit incorporating pre and post rebates, rates and discounts.
  
  

During this hands on Lab, you'll learn to create powerful dynamic dashboards that track KPIs and enable integrated business planning - all underpinned with finance performance in mind. Exercises include:

• Creating custom dashboards which integrate data across multiple databases and enabling integrated planning across departments i.e. sales, purchasing, finance
• A single snapshot dashboard slicing and dicing the data for different views, including analyzing full period, custom periods or drill down to month-to-date analyzing across databases to build ratios including OTIF/DIFOT and visualizing within a dashboard or receiving just-in-time analysis

During this hands-on lab, you will easily and quickly create a cash budget and forecast using 3-way statements. You'll learn how to use mini drivers—pre-designed templates covering debtors, creditors, and stock—to seamlessly budget or forecast your balance sheet items so your cash flow better reflects reality while sidestepping manual formula entries.

• Use mini drivers—pre-designed templates covering debtors, creditors, and stock—to seamlessly budget or forecast your balance sheet items so your cash flow better

In this session, participants will learn how to leverage EDA to drive sales growth and gain a deep understanding of how to use data-driven insights to inform their sales strategies and close more deals. Key topics will include:

• Identify, visualize and track sales trends while slicing and dicing data for comparative views
